CM Sarma Votes from Jalukbari Constituency
The Assam Chief Minister, who is contesting as an NDA candidate from Jalukbari, voted at Polling Station No. 15.
Jalukbari has remained a stronghold of Himanta Biswa Sarma for nearly 25 years, with the leader representing the constituency since 2001.
Visit to Kamakhya Temple Before Voting
Before casting his vote, the Chief Minister visited the sacred Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati along with his wife to offer prayers.

Speaking to media, his wife Riniki Bhuyan Sharma expressed confidence in the outcome, stating that it would be a “100% sweep.”
