The map, posted by Malviya, is going viral on social media showing Rahul Gandhi’s “95 electoral defeats” over the past two decades.

A political storm erupted online today as Rahul Gandhi defeats once again trended on social media following the BJP’s sharp attack on the Congress leader. As Bihar Election Results 2025 indicate a sweeping victory for the NDA, the BJP wasted no time taking jibes at the opposition, with party leaders calling it “another election, another defeat” for Rahul Gandhi.
A graphic posted by BJP IT cell head Amit Malviya went viral on X, claiming Rahul Gandhi has faced 95 electoral defeats between 2004 and 2025. The map showcased elections in which Congress either lost power or failed to gain seats under Gandhi’s leadership.
Mocking the Congress leader, Malviya wrote,
“Rahul Gandhi! Another election, another defeat! If awards existed for consistency, he’d win every time.”

What This Means for Congress
The results worsen Congress’s struggle to regain influence in Hindi-belt states. With the BJP highlighting Rahul Gandhi defeats, the narrative around Congress’ declining electoral performance is intensifying. Analysts believe the party must reassess its strategy if it hopes to remain relevant in upcoming elections.
