Former AIADMK leader V.K. Sasikala hinted at a major political announcement during the birth anniversary celebrations of former Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa.
Speaking to reporters in Chennai, Sasikala said that supporters organized a special event to honor Jayalalithaa, popularly known as Amma. She added that important “good news” would emerge during the celebration.
“Today we are conducting Amma’s birthday event. Good news will come today,” Sasikala said.
Speculation Over Political Comeback
Her statement has increased speculation about her political return. Many observers believe she may announce a new political party ahead of the Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections 2026.
Earlier, Sasikala paid floral tributes to AIADMK founder M.G. Ramachandran and former Chief Minister Jayalalithaa. She reaffirmed her commitment to their political legacy.
