The event was organised by the Odia Society of Singapore (OSS). It was held at the GIIS Auditorium. First, the program began with a traditional diya lighting ceremony. Then, OSS President Subrat Nayak delivered the welcome speech.
Meanwhile, Shilpak Ambule, India’s High Commissioner, attended as a special guest. He appreciated the efforts to promote Indian culture abroad.
