
Megastar Amitabh Bachchan has amplified Khaki Ka Sitara, the first official anthem of the Uttar Pradesh Police, sharing its message of service, sacrifice and dedication with his followers on X.
Bachchan shared a post from the Uttar Pradesh Police along with a message comparing police personnel in khaki uniforms to stars who shine through their service on the ground.
“Some stars shine in the sky… some wear Khaki and shine on the ground. Khaki Ka Sitara,” Bachchan wrote on his X handle.
His endorsement has brought additional attention to Khaki Ka Sitara, which was officially launched by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at Lok Bhavan in Lucknow on August 14.

Khaki Ka Sitara is an in-house creative production of the Uttar Pradesh Police that seeks to highlight the courage, commitment and human side of police personnel.

The complete 6.5-minute version of the anthem was released on YouTube on August 17, a day after its official launch.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath launched Khaki Ka Sitara at Lok Bhavan in Lucknow on August 14.
