Newly-appointed Uttar Pradesh BJP Vice President Neeraj Singh has described the alleged incident as “certainly shameful” while applauding Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for taking immediate and decisive action.
Speaking to ANI, Neeraj Singh said that Lord Ram holds a sacred place in the hearts of millions of Indians and that any misconduct related to the temple’s donations is unacceptable. Referring to the Ram Mandir Donation Row, he emphasized that the Uttar Pradesh government has acted with speed and transparency by ordering a thorough investigation.

Reacting to the Ram Mandir Donation Row, Neeraj Singh said the allegations had deeply hurt the sentiments of devotees across the country. He praised Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for taking prompt action immediately after the issue surfaced.
According to Singh, a Special Investigation Team (SIT) has already been constituted, and those allegedly involved have been identified. He expressed confidence that strict legal action would ensure such incidents never occur again.
“The incident at the Ram Mandir was certainly shameful. However, the Chief Minister deserves appreciation for his promptness and sensitivity. An SIT has been formed, the accused have been identified, and strict action is underway,” Singh stated.

Several individuals have been named in the FIR, including Anukalp Mishra, Lavkush Mishra, Avinash Shukla, Tinnu Yadav, Manish Yadav, and others. The investigation into the Ram Mandir Donation Row is expected to examine financial records, donation collection systems, and accountability mechanisms.
